Having a baby is a tremendous physical and mental journey. Allie has treated mothers for more than nine years and decided to launch this class to cover the topics and themes she sees most often with her patients. Each week will be a mix of learning, exercises and Q&As. At the end of each class, Allie will provide a toolbox of real mom bod exercises to help you stay strong and healthy!

April 1st – Stable Core
Diastasis Recti is a common post-partum experience, we will practice exercises to strengthen your core safely so you can lift and move with that little babe of yours.
April 8th – Having Good Sex After Childbirth
We will explore why sex after childbirth changes and how to make sure it’s enjoyable for you.
