I had little to no hope at all that I would heal from my injuries when I started my treatments. “My experience here was amazing! The ladies here are professional, courteous and great listeners! I was referred here through TriWest and received pelvic floor therapy. I was given helpful tools in connecting back to my body through abdominal “I love you” massages, deep diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic stretching, and biofeedback. I have gotten results and improvement by using the different methods shown to me. Bre was a pleasure to work with, she was understanding and patient. She also shared resources on other pelvic floor therapists to connect to. They have a check-in and appointment feature online that makes it easier to communicate with them.”

“I have been to PT Effect for 3 different injuries over the past year (shoulder, elbow, ankles). Each time they were able to book me an appointment right away after my insurance referral. The staff is welcoming and friendly, always a fun vibe in there. Each appointment started with a check in on my progress, then there would be some massage, prior to practicing exercises. The exercises they gave me to do at home were easy to follow and fit in my schedule. They were highly effective. For each injury my recovery time was about 6 weeks, and I saw progress on a weekly basis. They were happy to answer all my questions during the appointments or via email. Highly recommend!”

“Everyone I know doing PT locally goes here and has great things to say, myself included. The owner is a really good guy. The staff is great. There’s good energy there. Sweet Jax is often there for a dose of senior puppy love. Other good boys are also welcome. Now to the PT itself. All of my physical therapists were lovely, knowledgeable and fun. Jana and then Kayla were my main professionals. They’re practical, helpful, explain things, massage pain points, guide you through exercises on-site, and give you homework that can make a world of difference long-term. “Nothing but good things to say. The entire staff is very friendly and there is a relaxed and easy going feeling. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for around 8 years. This is the 5th time I have tried physical therapy. Nothing has ever made a dent. After working with Kayla for only a couple weeks there was a noticeable improvement. Now after about a month, I am virtually pain free. Left foot has zero pain an right foot only occasionally has any pain. I feel the exercises and stretches I have been taught will completely eliminate the pain in the very near future. Kayla’s energy makes the effort seem less painful (yes, excercise can be painful) and the time goes by quickly. I would highly recommend Kayla and The Physical Therapy Effect to anyone.”
